Kim Roselle
President

Kim is one of the original founders of Medical Matrix, LLP. Kim has held various positions within MMI, Vice President, Chief Operations Office, Vice President – Product Development, and Executive Vice President. Kim became President of MMI in July of 2002.

Kim’s professional career began in IT/Operations in 1973. She has acquired experience in accounting, programming, scientific testing and operations through a diverse group of employers with lines of business in the medical, oil & gas, service bureau, savings & loans, and aerospace industries. Management positions held by Kim throughout her career were Computer Operations Supervisor, Data Services Site Manager, Office Manager, and Computer Operations Manager.

Pre MMI, Kim owned and operated a successful data processing & consulting firm specializing in financial reporting and payroll processing as well as the evaluation, selection, installation and training of accounting software systems. Kim also gained invaluable knowledge of the intricacies of the medical services accounting and claim filing market in the 4 years prior to the start up of MMI. Kim’s experience at MMI has included designing operational work flow, the forging of strong working relationships with and the coordination of data submission to federal payers, being instrumental in helping to create and promote a customer service culture nationally recognized as preeminent in the federal pharmacy health benefits market, and providing federal regulatory interpretation and the required compliance to the extent that her skill in this area is recognized and respected throughout the retail pharmacy industry. As President, Kim is striving to strengthen and improve the customer service culture for which MMI is renown, expand current product lines, enhance services, as well as establish working relationships and/or partnerships with diverse companies within the industry.

Kim received an Associates Degree in Computer Science with Engineering Applications in May of 1982. She has professional affiliations with the National Council of Prescription Drug Programs and the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce. Kim is single with one son. She is an Assistant Scout Master for Boy Scout Troop 95 of Benbrook, Texas. She spends her leisure time traveling, camping, and fishing with her fiancée.

Deborah Harris
Executive Vice President

Deborah is one of the original founders of Medical Matrix, LLP. She served as the Chief Accounting Officer from 1990 to 1994 and as President and CEO from 1994 to 2002. She guided the company through the difficult 1990’s, when many small companies failed to survive. She turned over a company well on its’ way to financial stability and continued growth in 2002. She now serves with her partner of twenty years as Executive Vice President. She is responsible for supporting the president and managing sales, marketing and contracting. She uses her experience and knowledge to contact new and existing clients, develop and revise contracts to meet their needs, and assists in the implementation of their programs assuring fluid and seamless service. She helps develop and maintain contract management databases, and remains current in her knowledge of the existing business climate, new developments, and regulations. Further, she ensures contracts are up-to-date and the services given are consistent with the contracts.

Deborah’s experience is built on 34 years of accounting, 22 years management, eight years of contract development with related accounting, organizational and product coordination, 12 years in medical offices, including office setup, organization, marketing, claims filing, bookkeeping, and scheduling. Deborah is currently associated with National Association of Chain Drug Stores, National Community Pharmacy Association and National Contract Management Association.

Deborah lives with her husband of 32 years on their southern Oklahoma ranch where they enjoy the work and pleasure related to a rural lifestyle. They tend their ponds, feed deer, turkey and their peacock, Pablo and peahen, Momma. “Families of Murder Victims” was founded by Dr. Jerry Harris in Fort Worth to assist the families encountering this trauma. Deborah and Jerry continue their outreach and support of these families in Texas and Oklahoma.
